James Lundy has over 20 years of consulting experience covering all Campbell-Hill’s service areas. He specializes in air passenger and economic analyses that are utilized primarily in air service presentations, research reports, anti-trust analyses, and expert witness testimony. Mr. Lundy is skilled in developing route forecasts, estimating passenger market sizes and developing business cases for new routes. Additionally, he has extensive experience in exhibit development in contested route cases, estimating the economic impacts of airports and airlines on local communities, and airport and airline benefit-cost analyses.
Eric Ford has over thirty-five years of airline and aviation consulting experience involving forecasting, air service development, pricing, planning, and financial analysis. Mr. Ford regularly prepares airline route forecasts in addition to airport traffic forecasts which are used for budget planning purposes, manpower planning, bond re-financing and Master Plans. Mr. Ford also prepares air service proposals for numerous small, medium and large U.S. airport clients. Mr. Ford experience also includes a wide range of analytical and financial work in support of Airport and Airline clients.
Howard Mann provides specialized expertise in the areas of air service development, strategic planning and regulatory policy to client airports. His main goal is to create and implement strategies to help grow and retain domestic, regional and transoceanic routes. He joined Campbell-Hill in 2015 after developing many years of industry experience, including positions at an aviation consulting firm and at ACI-North America. Mr. Mann also brings a unique approach to air service development by incorporating targeted partnerships, broad industry knowledge and value-added strategies to ensure new domestic and international itineraries are sustainable in the future.
Kevin Schorr is a strategic advisor to airport clients of all sizes. Since 2001, he has supported more than 60 different airports in developing domestic and international air service. The former TWA director has developed air service presentations, strategic plans, incentive programs and airport stakeholder surveys. He also regularly helps airports communicate and partner with local and regional stakeholders regarding air service issues.
Rex Edwards has worked widely in analyzing new cargo airports in the U.S. and overseas. He has developed databases and analytical methods for estimating regional demand and supply patterns for several airport market studies. He also created economic impact methodologies for several FAA funding applications and passenger carrier mergers on market competition. In addition, Mr. Edwards has conducted numerous maritime and intermodal studies.
Kevin Healy joined Campbell-Hill in October 2011, as Senior Vice President and was named President & CEO in March of 2017. In January 2025, Mr. Healy stepped back from day-to-day responsibilities and assumed the role of Senior Advisor, CEO Emeritus. Prior to joining the firm, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Planning at AirTran Airways. Starting in 1999, he directed all aspects of AirTran’s commercial and strategic planning and was part of the team that led the successful turnaround and eventual sale of the company to Southwest Airlines. Under his leadership, AirTran was awarded the prestigious Market Leadership Award from Air Transport World. Mr. Healy has testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, provided expert assistance to the U.S. Department of Justice, the Competition Bureau of Canada and multiple Federal, State and Local officials.
Dean Hill led the Campbell-Hill airport consulting practice for two decades. Mr. Hill's expertise is based on 27 years of airline experience in the planning department at Delta Air Lines, where he gained extensive operating expertise in all facets of airline planning, marketing, and analysis. Mr. Hill has particular skill in route and marketing strategy, hub development, acquisition evaluation, code-sharing and carrier alliances, and regulatory affairs. Under Mr. Hill’s direction, Campbell-Hill has prepared and participated in air service presentations which resulted in well over 200 new Domestic and International nonstop flights.
Robyn Platt joined Campbell-Hill in October 2022. She brings more than a twenty years of diverse aviation planning experience to Campbell-Hill. Before joining Campbell-Hill, she served as Program Manager, Air Service Development for the San Diego Airport Authority. Prior to that she was Senior Manager – Route Planning for Spirit Airlines and held a number of roles with US Airways in Route Strategy, Sales Analysis, and Revenue Management. Ms. Platt served as the Vice Chair of the ACI-NA Air Service Committee, and is a member of the Steering Group and Co-Chair of the Air Service Policy sub-committee.
Kristine Allen is a senior research professional specializing in market and financial analysis and air service development. Ms. Allen joined Campbell-Hill in October 2019 and brings to the firm more than 25 years of airline and aviation consulting experience involving airline route planning, financial analysis, traffic forecasting, leakage analysis, airline industry analysis and domestic and international route strategy.
Katie Niehaus is a senior research professional specializing in airline route, financial, and marketing analysis. She has over twenty years of wide-ranging airline and aviation consulting experience. Ms. Niehaus is an expert at quantifying market size potential using mobile data, catchment area identification and leakage analysis, and forecasting.
Todd Schroder joined the firm in June of 1996. He conducts in-depth research on competition issues in the domestic air service market, international aviation agreements, and trade negotiations. His expertise spans numerous databases, demographic and geographical information systems (GIS).
Rohan Sheth is a Research Manager at Campbell-Hill specializing intransportation and economic data research and analysis contributing to air service development efforts. Mr. Sheth is skilled with database research, geospatial analyses, and economic impact modeling. Additionally, he hasexperience with aviation forecasting, developing policy guidance, and performing benefit-cost analyses for state government aviation programs. Mr. Sheth has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BSBA) with a dual specialization in Logistics and Aviation Management
